March is for Mother's Day in the United Kingdom.

Treat a mom (or a memory) to tea at the White Rose Manor in MARCH! Fancy clothes and hats make the moment. There will be tea cups and saucers, tea sweets and savories, a photo spot, and you. Reservations required. There is a limited number of seats. Each shared table seats up to 4 guests. Open to children ages 10 and up. In order for us to plan, please make your reservation by March 2nd.
